15 Bean soup (Crockpot meal )

15 bean soup package (soak beans overnight and drain)
2 onions quartered
2 cups Chicken Both
Couple slugs of Balsamic vinegar
Mediterranean Oregano
Paprkia
Tabasco sauce
Roasted Red Pepper Flakes
Two Andouille sausages cubed
1 cup of red wine
14 ½  oz can of Diced Tomatos
Top off crockpot to 3/4 full with water
Taste and adjust spices. The both should taste good but watery
Cook until beans are tender (about 5 hours on high)
